Send an agenda 24 hours before. Three points maximum. Each one a question to be answered, not a topic to be discussed. Questions force decisions. Topics invite drift.

Start on time — every time. Do not wait for latecomers. Starting on time is a signal. It tells the team that this meeting is serious and that their time is respected.

End with a round of clarity. Before closing, ask: "What did we decide? Who owns what? By when?" Say it out loud. Write it down. Send it within the hour.

Ask your team to rate the meeting. At the end, one question: "On a scale of 1 to 5 --- how well did we use our time today?" The number matters less than the conversation it starts. That conversation is where meeting culture begins to shift.
