Teams Productivity Course Learning Outcomes 

  • Effective Team Collaboration: Participants will learn to use Microsoft Teams to collaborate efficiently with colleagues, including setting up and managing teams, channels, and group chats to facilitate smooth and effective communication.

  • Meeting Management: Participants will be able to plan, schedule, and run productive meetings using Teams, utilising features such as screen sharing, breakout rooms, and recording to enhance their effectiveness and outcomes.

  • File Sharing and Co-Editing: Participants will gain the skills to manage and collaborate on documents within Teams, including sharing files, co-editing in real-time, and organising files in a manner that is accessible and useful for the entire team.

  • Task Coordination: Participants will understand how to use Teams to assign and track tasks within their team, integrating with tools like Planner or To-Do to ensure accountability and progress tracking for all team members.

  • Increased Team Productivity: By leveraging Teams’ tools for communication, collaboration, and task management, participants will enhance their team’s overall productivity, leading to more efficient workflows and better project outcomes.

  • Hybrid Learning: Equip your team with a combination of online content, 8 weekly group coaching sessions (50 minutes each), and one personalised 30-minute 1:1 coaching session per participant. 

  • Blended Learning: Enhance your team’s productivity with access to online content and an on-site full-day workshop or two half-day workshops at your location.
